DiMar Group smells like youth: its average employee is 30 years old, and they have at least ten years of working experience. But, more and more, the company is receiving job applications from young passionate people, but without any previous experience in the field of leather goods manufacturing.

Therefore, DiMar Group is planning to establish a craftsmanship school, the “Leather Corporate University”,  which would tap into the brightest talents of Italian manufacturing to train tomorrow’s leather craftsmen – but also woodcarvers, blacksmiths, marble, metal and composite material workers.
